Q1: What are the dimensions of the machine?

Q2: Why does the machine say “fill water” even though the water tank is full?
A: For first-time use, if the filter is clogged or the internal pipes are too dry to release air bubbles, remove and clean the filter in the tank, refill with water, and turn the machine on and off several times for 5 minutes each time. This should resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please contact Gevi customer service for further assistance.
Q3: Why is there a constant flow of water during the ice-making process?
A: To prevent overfreezing, the machine will run water for 5 minutes every 4.5 hours to cool the core, then automatically resume making ice.
Q4: Why is the machine making so much noise while making ice?
A: After prolonged use, scale buildup inside the machine can cause the ice maker to freeze abnormally and produce unusual noises. The machine should be cleaned using descaling powder as recommended.
Q5: Why is the machine not making ice or is its ice capacity very low?
A: Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine’s cooling vents. Excessive internal temperatures will affect its ice-making capacity.
